The website - (the "Site") of Brevi Technologies inc. (the "Company", "Brevi", "we", "us", or "our") provide information about our Company and our products and services (together with Site, the "Services"). The goal of the Privacy Policy is to inform you about how Brevi collects and uses data, including personally identifiable data (together with Testers', Patients' and Customers' data, "Personal Data") and other information collected from Users of the Services.


The Version of Services - is Beta Version and must be used and intended only for Testing and Evaluating purposes.

The Company and Services are not compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") Privacy Rule. The Users of Services must accept and acknowledge all the risks associated with Personal Data securities.


If you do not agree with the Company's Privacy Policy, please, do not use our Services.


The Company Services are dedicated and intended for use by health care providers and the Beta Version tester(s) (together "Users", "User", or the "User(s)"). Our User(s) are responsible for preserving Testers', Patients', their Customers' and any other required privacy policies managing the collection, use, share, and disclosure of Personal Data, and obtaining the required authorizations and consents before any Personal Data are shared with us for use under this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Data We Collect

Account Information

We collect the Users' emails and phone numbers to create the accounts. We use Auth0 to authorize and authenticate Users for security reasons. We collect and store the information shared with us by Auth0.

Health Information

When you record the medical and clinical dialogues or conversations, we collect the audio recordings and use the Microsoft Azure Speech-To-Text services to get the readable transcripts of dialogues between the Physician and Patient during clinical examinations and consultations. After that, we delete the audio recordings and store the transcripts in the Microsoft Azure dedicated storage. Based on the dialogue transcripts, Brevi's NLP/NLG/NLU models generate "Clinical Dialogue Scribes and Notes" in the form of summaries and the SOAP format.

Log Files

We save all your activities and changes in your account in the log files. This information includes activity title, brief description, IP Address of device that initiated the activity/change, operating system, browser type, date, and activity time.


User(s) Provided Information

You can interact with your "Transcriptions" and "Clinical Dialogue Scribes and Notes" in several ways, such as editing the Scribes and Notes, adding titles and Patients' nicknames and descriptions, scheduling calendar events for Telehealth consultations and examinations. We store all information you provide us in association with your account.

De-identified Data

To conduct R&D and improve Brevi's Services, including NLP/NLG/NLU models, we collect De-identified Data. 

De-identification assurances that all personal identifiers have been removed such that data can never be re-identified, there is zero re-identification risk.

We may disclose De-identified Data to our business partners, medical communities, and for other lawful purposes.


According to CCPA, personal information does not include:

         Publicly available information from government records.

         De-identified or aggregated consumer information.


According to The GDPR, the GDPR does not provide specific methods to "de-identify" data.

Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is the GDPR, CCPA, and cookie law compliant, to track overall trends in the usage of our Site. Plausible Analytics collects only aggregated information that does not allow us to identify any visitor to our website. For more information, please visit the

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you consent to the Company's use of Personal Data according to this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company uses Personal Data to:


Authenticate and Authorize access to the Accounts and the Services;

         The Company use Personal Data to improve and maintain the Company's Services, and for other intents about which we will inform you and seek your consent;

         We use Plausible Analytics to track overall trends in the usage of the Brevi's Site that collects only aggregated information that does not allow us to identify any visitor to our website;

         We use your contact information and your Name to contact you to respond to your requests, process and complete transactions, inform you about confirmations and invoices, and email you about the Services' new features.


When you use Services through the Site's web application:


Use the Microphone service in your dashboard to record the audio recordings of clinical conversations and dialogues;

         We use the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Speech services to process your audio recordings to transcribe into texts;

         We delete the audio recordings and store the transcripts in the dedicated storage located at Microsoft Azure Cloud;

         Based on the clinical dialogue transcripts, Brevi's NLP/NLG/NLU models generate "Clinical Dialogue Scribes and Notes" in the form of summaries and the SOAP formats and store in the User(s) dedicated storage located at Microsoft Azure Cloud.


When you use Services through the Telehealth systems: 


We create a unique email to identify the User(s);

         Connect to the Telehealth conversations through Users' email invitations; 

         We record the Telehealth clinical conversations and dialogues to transcribe them into texts by using the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Speech services; 

         We delete the audio recordings and generate "Clinical Dialogue Scribes and Notes" based on transcriptions and store the transcripts and "Clinical Dialogue Scribes and Notes" in the User(s) dedicated storage located at Microsoft Azure Cloud.

With Whom We Share Your Personal Data

The Company never sells Personal Data. We can share your Personal Data in the following circumstances:


When you provide consent and direct us to share your Personal Data;

         We may disclose your Personal Data to comply with the Law, lawful requests, governmental inquiries, judicial proceedings, Court orders, or other legal processes;

         The Personal Data may be transferred to a new entity if Brevi sells its business or assets, reorganizes, merges with another company, or is acquired by another entity;

         To provide the Services, the Company uses third-party tools and services to whom we may transfer the User(s) Personal Data, including but not limited to: Cloud Storage, Authorization and Authentication, Data Analysis, Customer Support, Marketing, Speech-to-Text, Cybersecurity.

Data Storage and Security

We follow the norms to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during data transit and once it is received, the data is encrypted and secured by the Microsoft Azure services. The information you give to us is stored on our secure servers provided by Microsoft Azure Cloud Storage. If Brevi has issued you a password, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. If you have any questions about your Personal Data security, you can contact us for more information.

How Long We Store Your Personal Data

Generally, we keep personal data for as long as you remain the active User of the Company's Services and Site. We retain Personal Data as long as applicable laws require it. We may keep certain Personal Data as required to prevent fraud, identify technical issues, or resolve legal proceedings. We may retain specific Personal Data, such as aggregated de-identifiable data.


The Company's Services is not allowed to use by children under 18 years old. The Company never collects children's Personal Data under 18 years old, and if we become aware that we are collecting children's data, we will immediately and forever delete the Personal Data and the account. 


No child under 18 years old should directly submit Personal Data to Brevi. This means that if the User(s) use Brevi Services to serve children under 18 years old, it is the responsibility of the User(s) to obtain any consents required under Laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and relevant data protection laws, for the collection of such personal data. If you find out that children under the age of 18 submitted their Personal Data to the Company, please, immediately inform and contact us to take prompt actions.

Your Rights

You have lawful rights to:


         Change, modify and edit the Personal Data in your dashboard that you have submitted;

         Change, modify and edit the Personal Data regarding your profile information by summiting requests to us;

         In your dashboard, you can delete your account and all related information, including your customers' Personal Data;

         You can request the transfer of your Personal Data and other related information to third party providers before closing your account;

         You can request the erasure of your Personal Data by contacting us.

Changes in Company's Privacy Policy

The Company will inform you three days before and after we update this Privacy Policy, and the date of the last update will be indicated in the Privacy Policy. You can review changes and revisions of the Privacy Policy before you continue using Brevi Services. By continuing to use the Company's Services after revisions and changes, the User(s) shall indicate their agreement with such revised Privacy Policy terms. Please, keep in mind that we will not save the prior versions of the Privacy Policy.
